Can I use Shockwafe Wireless outside of the USA?
Yes, all Shockwafe Wireless speaker components are capable of handling international voltages (110-240V, 50/60Hz).
To power Shockwafe Wireless outside of the USA, you can use travel/international power adapters to connect the bundled power cables directly to your country's wall socket.
Is there any room tuning feature available?
Shockwafe Wireless offers 3 easy-to-select presets that cater to your approximate room size. Advanced users can make custom adjustments optimized for their room using the Nakamichi Remote app.
Does Shockwafe Wireless support 4K120Hz?
Yes, Shockwafe Wireless supports up to 4K120Hz. You can connect high bandwidth devices directly to either of its HDMI inputs. The system is capable of transmitting 4K120Hz/8K60Hz to your TV, with Dolby Vision, HDR, HDR10+, VRR, ALLM and FRL passthrough.
How does the Dolby Atmos experience differ between Shockwafe Wireless and Shockwafe Ultra 9.2 eARC?
Shockwafe Wireless features a total of 6 up-firing Punktkilde drivers, plus a pair of up-firing Punktkilde tweeters on the soundbar. Combined with Nakamichi's proprietary Adaptive Height Dispersion (AHD) technology, listeners can enjoy immersive height performance with enhanced positional accuracy. The system also introduces the AHD Ultra mode, which delivers advanced spatial depth and dimensionality.
In addition, Shockwafe Wireless renders audio in 11.2.6 channels, versus the Shockwafe Ultra 9.2 eARC (which renders in 9.2.4 audio channels). The dual subwoofers have also been reworked from the ground up, featuring 10" Punktkilde drivers for deeper, more impactful bass that adds depth to the overall Dolby Atmos experience.
AHD technology works with the 6 discrete height channels to render vertical and overhead sound objects at accurate elevation levels to give the audience the true perception of a multi-altitude space. AHD Ultra is the newest AHD processing mode, introduced together with Shockwafe Wireless. It uses state-of-the-art rendering to unlock the full potential of the height channels, creating an even more immersive sense of depth to all content.

Is there a mobile app available for Shockwafe Wireless?
